When I purchased my first iPhone, it was mainly for Siri on iPhone 4S. It was the first personal assistant in our pockets. Asking simple questions such as, “What is the weather for today?”, “Add ‘Milk’ to my grocery list?”, and “Send a text to ‘Bae’” were all things that blew my mind at the time.
Now, it’s 2018 and the Apple Watch has been out for a couple of years now. There's even a brighter and shinier iPhone X that I did own for a bit. Initially, most people thought the Apple Watch would be a niche product and only Apple fanboys and girls would buy it. What I’ve learned is that the killing feature on the Apple Watch is the health aspect of it. It’s honestly trained me to wake up earlier, workout, and be a more active person.
I’m sure I’m not the only one. I know, I know, you can’t use the Apple Watch without iPhone, but I have a feeling that the more the Apple Watch community grows, the more Apple will allow the device to distance itself from having been connected to iPhone. I know I’ll be happy to see that. What about you?
